Who can participate
Participant features are intended for people aged 11 and above. Participants under 18 should use LCE with the knowledge, permission and appropriate supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
Starter Love Card and payment
The starter Pass The Love card itself is free. Right now, Delivery & Handling is also waived, so the current checkout total is ₹0.
The approved future Delivery & Handling charge is ₹399 via Razorpay, but it will not be activated until the complete payment, verification, failure and refund flow is ready.
The core participation rules
The physical Love Card must actually reach the recipient before custody changes. A current holder must record an Act of Love before passing the card onward.
Proof, receipts, photos or evidence are never required. A ₹0 Act is equal in movement value to an Act involving money.
Recipient mobile information is used only for private handover verification, not marketing. Public holder name, Why Them and Stories are controlled by separate sharing choices.
Content and safety
Do not harass, threaten, impersonate, expose private information, exploit or endanger children, promote unlawful activity, infringe intellectual property or publish deceptive medical or health-cure claims. LCE may moderate, hide or remove content and restrict access when needed for safety, privacy, law or movement integrity.
