What we use
Authentication and session storage. This helps My Love sign-in and secure account access work correctly.
Handover verification. A short-lived verification cookie helps confirm that a physical Love Card reached the intended recipient.
Journey review draft. A short-lived draft cookie temporarily keeps handover details while a participant reviews them before confirming the pass.
How long these last
Handover verification lasts approximately 30 minutes. Journey review drafts last approximately 20 minutes. Authentication and session storage follows the secure session lifecycle required for sign-in and account access.
What we do not use today
No advertising pixels, remarketing trackers or behavioural advertising cookies are intentionally active in the audited web app. Google Analytics, Meta Pixel and Microsoft Clarity are not intentionally active at the date of this policy.
Your choices
You can block or delete cookies in your browser, but blocking essential cookies may prevent sign-in, My Love access or secure Love Card handovers from working correctly.
If this changes
If LCE later introduces non-essential analytics, advertising or similar tracking, this Cookie Policy and the relevant consent controls will be updated before deployment.
