What we may collect
Account. Email, secure session or login metadata and basic participant details you provide.
Delivery. Recipient name, mobile number, address, city, state, PIN code and fulfilment or tracking records.
Love Card handovers. Intended recipient name, mobile-verification information and private Why Them context.
Acts of Love. Act text, optional category and selected City + Country. LCE does not ask for device GPS location for the Love Journey.
Stories. Title, story text, status and separate publication or withdrawal consent records.
What may be public
Act text and broad City + Country may be public after the required publication acknowledgement. Your name is shown only if you choose to publish a first name or nickname. Why Them is public only if the sender separately chooses to publish it. Stories are published only after separate consent and review.
What stays private
Email, exact delivery address, delivery mobile, full recipient mobile, private handover credentials and authentication information are not part of the normal public Love Journey.
Age 11+
LCE participant features are intended for people aged 11 and above. Participants under 18 should use them with the knowledge, permission and appropriate supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Additional verified guardian consent may be introduced where required by law.
Use, retention and your choices
We use information for sign-in, fulfilment, handover security, service communication, moderation, safety and legal obligations. Data is kept only as long as reasonably needed for those purposes, disputes, security, accounting or law. You may ask about, correct or request review or removal of applicable personal or public information.
Payments
The current starter-card total is ₹0, so no payment is required today. If the approved paid Delivery & Handling model is activated later, payment records may include provider references, amount, status, verification, failure and refund information. Card or bank credentials are handled by the payment provider and should not be entered into LCE text fields.
