1. Be truthful without turning kindness into proof
Describe your Act in your own words. LCE does not require receipts, photographs, videos or evidence. Do not fabricate a Story, impersonate another person or deliberately misrepresent a handover or Act.
2. Protect privacy
Do not publish another person's phone number, email, home address, identity documents, medical records, financial details, exact location or other sensitive information. Use only the broad City + Country selected through the approved Act flow.
If a Story identifies another person, make sure you have the appropriate permission to include them. When in doubt, remove the identifying detail and tell the human moment without exposing the person.
3. Respect consent
Act publication, holder-name publication, Why Them publication and Story publication are separate choices. Do not pressure someone to become public, to pose for a photo, or to keep content online after they have raised a legitimate privacy or safety concern.
4. No humiliation or exploitation
Do not frame a beneficiary as helpless, inferior, indebted or as a prop for generosity. Content designed to shame, mock, exploit, threaten or humiliate another person may be edited, hidden or removed.
5. Safety and prohibited content
Do not use LCE to publish or promote unlawful activity, credible threats, harassment, stalking, hate based on protected characteristics, sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate material, child sexual content, trafficking, dangerous abuse, fraud, scams or instructions intended to facilitate serious harm.
6. Children deserve extra care
Do not publish a child's private or identifying information, school details, exact routine, contact details, health information or images without appropriate authority and consent. Content that sexualises, exploits or endangers a child is prohibited and may be escalated where required.
7. No misleading medical claims
You may describe care, comfort, recovery, hope and human support. Do not claim that an Act, Love Card or the Love Cures Everything movement cures a disease, replaces treatment or guarantees a health outcome.
8. Intellectual property
Submit only words, images or other material you created or have the right to use. Do not copy another person's article, photograph, artwork, trademark or copyrighted work in a way that infringes their rights.
9. No spam or manipulation
Do not use the movement for repetitive advertising, referral spam, fake engagement, automated abuse, political campaigning, fundraising pressure or attempts to manipulate Love Counter or Love Map totals.
10. Moderation
LCE may edit the public-facing copy of an Act for privacy, clarity, dignity or safety while preserving the participant's original record. We may hide or remove public content, restrict features or take other proportionate action where these Guidelines, the Terms, safety or law require it.
11. Report a concern
If public content exposes you or someone else, infringes your rights, or creates a safety concern, email love@lovecureseverything.com with the public URL and a brief explanation. You do not need to post the complaint publicly.
