Proof can sound like accountability, but it can also change the relationship between the person acting and the person receiving care. A private human moment can quickly become content, evidence or performance.
The movement starts from trust. Participants record an Act in their own words and choose what can be public. Safety moderation still exists, but moderation is not the same as demanding that every person prove generosity.
Care should not become less human just because a platform wants evidence.
This also protects the person who received care. They are not automatically turned into the subject of someone else's public story, and no image is required for their experience to count.
Trust is not the absence of responsibility. It is a design choice about where responsibility belongs: in clear rules, consent, moderation and respectful participation, not compulsory proof.
